I opened my agency in 2021, and today our team includes five members working together in a relaxed, supportive environment. Before becoming an agent, I spent time in the oil industry, which helped shape my work ethic and appreciation for strong teamwork and accountability.
I attended Texas A&M and am married with two daughters who keep life busy outside the office. Family is important to me, and that perspective carries into how I run the agency. I believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and given the space to succeed.
Our office culture is laid back, positive, and fun. I’m not a micromanager, and I trust my team to take ownership of their roles. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
